Position Scope:
We are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition Team at Roquette. This hybrid role (2 days per week in-office) is based in Lower Gwynedd, PA. This talented individual will support a team of 4 Recruiters with administrative tasks including but not limited to; interview scheduling and coordination, candidate communications, stakeholder management, and offer document creation.
Responsibilities:
· Coordinate interviews and meetings between candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed of the schedule and any changes. Arrange travel and accommodations for candidates when necessary.
· Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates, answering inquiries, and providing interview confirmations and agendas.
· Collaborate closely with the TA team, hiring managers, HR partners, and other stakeholders to understand needs, develop job descriptions, and help to execute recruitment strategies effectively.
· Assist with the planning and coordination of recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruitment activities. Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, attendee registration, and promotional materials.
· Assist with sourcing support as needed for various roles across the business.
· Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to create and send offer letters, as well as any additional new hire documents.
· Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing recruitment and hiring practices, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) guidelines and data privacy laws.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
· Proven experience (1-2 years) in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or a similar role preferably in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
· Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs, identify issues, and implement effective solutions.
· Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

· Flexibility and adaptability to evolving priorities and changes in recruitment processes.
· A customer service mindset with a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
