·  做好现场、口头及实物的准确交接，查看生产记录，确保交接班的准确无误；
·  检查本岗位所有的生产设备工作是否正常，若出现异常，根据具体情况及时进行处理并向班长汇报；
·  控制生产参数，保证产品合格，按要求检查、检测中间产品；
·  执行车间食品安全卫生管理制度，清扫设备卫生；
·  准确、真实的填写各类生产记录；
·  完成领导安排的其它工作。

任职资格：

大专学历，理工科专业毕业。

吃亏耐劳，能适应倒班工作。
