Key Competencies:
·  Knowledge of good maintenance practices 
·  Must be good team player, self starter, good enthusiasm
·  Knowledge of CBM and TBM
·  Able to handle the team of maintenance
·  Trouble shooting skill and able to read the engineering drawings
·  Knowledge of rotating, static Equipments, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment
·  The internal and external communication skill 
·  Knowledge of ISO system
·  Knowledge of various safety standards, rules, regulations
·  Knowledge of OHSAS, HAZOP, JSA

Key Accountabilities :
·  Implementation and follow the schedule of  preventive/predictive maintenance
·  Lead and guide the maintenance teams for right jobs
·  Adopt and implement global maintenance directives in workshop
·  Monthly maintenance, consumables report
·  Skill development of the team
·  Monthly report preparation
·  CMMS – reduce the backlog of works
·  Co ordinate with cross functional team
·  Ensure organization Global safety, Quality and Environmental policy
·  Responsible for minimum stock/spares availability
·  Operation PXB execution
