To meet our challenges, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Change Manager (M/F) to join our Transformation Office team. This position will be in Lestrem (near Lille).
Our team
Our team ambition is to successfully lead the confirmed SAP roadmap to completion, be a partner to business functions and guarantee the end-to-end process across functions within the company, consolidate and prepare the end-to-end process arbitration and recommendations.
The Transformation Office is responsible for implementing and supporting the transformation in line with the company’s strategy. It reports to Operations function.
Your mission?
As a Change Manager , you will play a pivotal role in driving transformational initiatives across the organization.
Reporting to the Transformation Office Change Leader, you will design and lead the implementation of change plans for each project. You will support the local project teams and relays in their appropriation of the Change Management methodology and tools and support them in the implementation and localization of the Change Management and training plans to meet their local needs. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing employee development and engagement.
By fulfilling this mission, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful adoption of changes within the organization and contribute to its growth and competitiveness on the global stage.
Your experience and talents will make the difference to:
· Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of change management programs for each project lead by the Transformation Office.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess impact and learning needs, develop change plans and training programs, and ensure successful implementation.
· Create communication plans to engage stakeholders at all levels and facilitate smooth transition.
· Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize disruption during change efforts.
· Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and employees to promote buy-in and adoption of new processes.
· Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of change and learning initiatives, making continuous improvements based on feedback and results.
· Stay updated on and share best practices in change management and learning internally and externally to drive innovation.

· Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Change Management or Operational Excellence within an international corporate environment.
· Strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools (change mapping, impact analysis, communication plan, …)
· Results and continuous improvement orientation
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Organizational Psychology, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
· Proficiency in French and English

· Experience providing coaching and guidance to leaders and teams during times of change.
· Relevant certifications (Prosci, Green Belt, project management, …)
· Experience with various learning tools and software (Workday, Easy Generator, …) is highly beneficial.
