What we do:

The Audit and Compliance department provides services for the affiliates in the EMEA region. Our main areas covered are: Financial Compliance, SAP Authorization, Travel and Expense Compliance.

Your day to day responsibilities are:

As a T&E Compliance Intern you will be responsible for working with the finance, audit, compliance and other departments of selected Roche affiliates.

As a qualified expert ,you:

· 
Process the expense claims of the RSS (Roche Services and Solutions) and Budaörs employees in Concur and other systems

· 
Handling hard copies of the submitted expense claims

· 
Support other team members in the daily activities

At least 20-30 hours free to work per week

Experience in administrative tasks and German knowledge (advantage)
