Title: Transformation Learning & Performance Associate

Division: Human Resources & Corporate Services

Reports to: Learning Enabler Lead

The Transformation Learning & Performance Associate (TLP Associate) will be responsible for the learning management systems/Cornerstone, learning & performance assessments and analytics, supporting delivery and logistics of training programs, acting as a curation and customization expert for therapeutic area and product and disease knowledge, creating digital learning programs and supporting the overall TLP chapter, in a flexible manner on prioritized initiatives. These initiatives may also relate to Transformation and new ways of working.

Training Planning & Development

·  Acts as the primary point of contact for the Learning Management System, Cornerstone
·  Creates the framework for learning & performance assessments
·  Reviews analytics on a regular basis for gaps and trends. Presents any findings to the TLP team members and Leads
·  Supports division to ensure trainingrequirements/curriculameet the needs of it's respective environment
·  Monitors incoming training requests
·  Supports Lead and other Chapter members, as assigned, in the consolidation, needs analysis and synthesis of training requests and other training needs analysis to determine new or enhanced training curricula, programs, materials, other training resources, delivery modes, etc.
·  Supports Lead and other Chapter members in development of presentations and other materials used to make recommendations to partners and stakeholders for new or enhanced training and other relevant resources.
·  Assists in research and development of new or otherwise enhanced training curricula, programs, instructional modules, manuals and other, additional training resources and materials to keep the learnings up-to-date
·  Supports others in training with design, delivery and promotion of training solutions in order to ensure alignment with business objectives and audience requirements, e.g., effective use of instructor-led training, eLearning, web-based/digital technologies, train-the-trainer sessions, policies, procedures, materials and resources, etc.
·  Work with subject matter experst (SME) and/or function experts to make elements of training interactive, utilizing various training software programs; build interactivity into a learning session/module using applicable software (Raptivity, ExamPro, Articulate) where applicable
·  Leads and/or assists in onboarding as necessary

TLP Initiatives:

·  Work the Chapter Lead, TLP Lead, LE Lead and TLP members to lead and/or support any Chapter initiatives.
·  The role in these intiatives may be to create strategy, prepare materials, lead events or may be tactical execution and/or logistical support.

Materialcuration/customization:

·  Curate and customize from Global/local sources any therapeutic area/disease area, product knowledge or other learning material as needed to support squads and/or chapters
·  Prepare curated and/or customized content into a prepared format for delivery to squads and/or Chapters

Who you are:

·  Completion of Bachelors degree, Masters degree preferred
·  Experience in curating and/or customizing content
·  Experience in creating frameworks and/or implementation strategies
·  Experience in analyzing data to identify trends and gaps
·  Experience in collaborating across functions
·  Experience leading or supporting projects
·  Experience in Cornerstone or other learning systems is preferred
·  Experience in creating & delivering training programs via various methods
·  Knowledge of learning management systems
·  Strong analytical skills and expertise in working with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
·  Knowledge of Project Management and/or agile methodologies
·  Knowledge of adult learning principles
·  Strong communication skills (written and oral)
·  Ability to work independently in an ambiguous environment
·  A self-starter who is able to prioritize effectively
·  Strong collaborator
·  Exceptional attention to detail
