Job Facts:

As Trademark Paralegal, you will join the centralized Trademark Department of the Roche Group which is responsible for the legal protection, enforcement and maintenance of all captive trademark rights. In this role your will provide legal assistance to the Diagnostics Trademark Manager.

Your responsibilities comprise the following aspects:

·  Answering routine trademark queries from the Diagnostics marketing
·  Supporting in trademark applications, oppositions, renewals and also in trademark projects
·  Adapting Prior Rights Agreements, Letters Of Consent, Deeds Of Assignment and Powers of Attorney for final revision and obtaining notarization or legalization where required
·  Providing assistance to the Trademark Manager in all trademark and office matters
·  Producing trademark reports and other necessary documents

·  Bachelor Law Degree or Paralegal ZHAW or Matura or Commercial Degree (“KV”)
·  Experience in this specialist area is preferred
·  Excellent IT skills (Microsoft, Gmail, etc.) and specialized Intellectual Property software
·  Ability and willingness to understand complex Diagnostics products and brand structures
·  Precise and autonomous working style
·  Excellent skills in English and German are required, French is an advantage
