Trademark Administrator

As Trademark Administrator you will join the centralized Trademark Department of the Roche Group which is responsible for the legal protection, enforcement and maintenance of all captive trademark rights. In this role, you will provide legal administrative assistance to the Head of Administration and the Pharma and Diagnostic Trademark Lawyers.

Job Description:

Your responsibilities comprise the following aspects:

·  Filing of trademark applications (National, WIPO, EU, etc.)
·  Filing of trademark renewal applications
·  Filing of trademark assignments and change of name
·  Records repository
·  Administrative correspondence with Law Firms
·  Providing assistance to the Head of Administration on any trademark administration matter, eg. creation of trademark lists and data quality checks

Requirements:

You have a very precise and in-depth working style and willing to work in an international environment; you also bring the following skills and competencies:

·  Commercial Degree ("KV") or Paralegal ZHAW or Matura
·  Experience in this specialist area is an advantage
·  Excellent IT skills (Google, Microsoft, Tableau etc.) and specialized intellectual property software (IP Manager, First To File)
·  Precise and autonomous working style with a high sense for excellent data quality
·  Excellent skills in English, knowledge in German preferred, French is an advantage
