The Position
We are looking for you to join Roche and our Roche Services & Solutions Center in Budapest.

Your day to day responsibilities are:
As a Test Coordinator, you will support the transition of Pay, Time & Benefits processes in small and mid-sized countries in EMEA and APAC. Please note that this is a fixed-term role, ending on the 31st December, 2026.
As a qualified expert, you are:
Ensuring test strategy and execution meet Roche Quality and Compliance requirements
Advising local project managers and process leads on the testing strategy, test plans and requirements
Managing the overall testing plans for the assigned country/region related project
Ensuring Test plans are adequately resourced as per the project Timelines to support sign-offs as required
Ensuring Testing resources are adequately trained
Co-ordinating the test phases including System Integration and UAT, ensuring that all problems and issues are clearly and accurately captured and reported to the project team and or vendor as appropriate
Acting as the first Point of Contact for progress reviews during testing phases
Preparing and coordinating the production of test scenarios using the Data Mapping and Data dictionary documents
Monitoring and reviewing the progress of testing and sign offs during the testing phases
What can you bring to our team:
Experience in test coordination, leading test preparation / execution, preferably in big projects and global roll-outs
Strong Test Management capabilities
Experience in developing, managing & coordinating test plans (both Business and Technical)
Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) is essential
Good organizational and communications skills
Can do attitude and taking up challenges
Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience
Experience on HR and Payroll implementation projects, and Workday testing experience is a plus
