The role of Technical Business Solution Analyst (TBA) is a business-facing profile. The TBA is an active part in the solution's development and lifecycle management. The prime focus is to make sure that any solution chosen or built fulfills known and understood business requirements and fits the IT roadmap.

The TBA's mission is successful business partnering and engagement, solution and demand analysis, guides the specifications of process, solution and application design, provides analytical services to projects and coordinates their delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

·  Defining solution scope and requirements.
·  Creating and reviewing proposals ensuring business cases are created in time and at a high quality.
·  Support and manage vendor and product selection processes.
·  Ensure configuration and customising of solutions is executed consistently to meet user requirements.
·  Act as a trusted partner, building meaningful relationships with the business.
·  Engage and communicate with business and ICT stakeholders, other business analysts and other project resources to achieve project goals and milestones.
·  Proven experience in data analysis and using reporting tools such as SSRS, Tableau, BO or similar technologies

To be successful in this role you will be degree qualified (or equivalent) in a computer science or related field. You will have previous experience in Data Analysis and common database modeling languages and techniques. This is a highly technical role where having an understanding of database structure and design is crucial. The TBA will use specialist knowledge and business analysis techniques to lead and facilitate business requirements and data analysis and modeling sessions as well as the ability to elicit detailed requirements to be used by a team of developers.

You are a strong leader with a ‘can do' attitude who demonstrates considerable business and IT Solution/component knowledge. You will be technically adept in data analysis, user story generation, data modeling and data management.
