As a Team Manager you manage a team of IT professionals (determining optimum composition of the team required for implementing the strategy and maintaining required technical capabilities, supporting employees in development, encouraging motivation and involvement, being a team mentor). You are responsible for budget management: budget planning, implementing, monitoring and manage external IT services and relationships with vendors (ensuring compliance with processes and procedures, ensuring feedback, stimulating cooperation development, monitoring task allocation accuracy).

You are responsible for maintenance of technical and business knowledge of team and technological area assigned (monitoring market trends, building and developing knowledge about the assigned area, securing the organisation against the loss of required knowledge, securing the necessary minimum of competence in team required for business continuity).Your duties include advice to Business Partners and employees at various levels and perform tasks entrusted by the superior.

Requirements:

·  At least 3 years industry experience and minimum 2 years of experience with managing people;
·  Team building and leading of people through change towards accountability and strong customer focus; Strong collaborating skills with peers and business partners;
·  Knowledge of System Development, Testing and Service Management processes; Strong analytical skills and process thinking; Have a passion for innovation and trying out new things;
·  Advanced English reading, writing, speaking and listening skills;
·  Master degree in IT/ engineering or business field or equivalent experience.
