IT Security, Quality, Process and Risk (SQPR) is charged with protecting the Roche Group's critical business and Personal information that resides on the IT Infrastructure and within Roche's on premise and cloud systems/solutions. The role of theTeam Lead - IT Security/Privacy Toolsis to ensure continuous delivery of automation tools owned by IT Sec/Privacy Ops. The individual will work with members of SPQR and stakeholders across Informatics to ensure the systems deliver expected information to the users of the tools.

Job Accountabilities:

· 
Responsible for the day to day delivery of SQPR applications and tools ( iRAAM, SRA Portal, DCR Portal, Vendor Assessments, etc)

· 
Responsible for lifecycle management ( changes and enhancements) across SQPR systems

· 
Responsible for establishing and managing the team that will be responsible for daily operations of the tools and applications.

· 
Liaison with delivery team(s) external to SQPR to coordinate overall delivery and issue resolution.

· 
Assess and evaluate technology enhancements affecting SQPR systems

Key Skills/Experience:

· 
More than 5 years of experience in Service Management for global/regional systems delivery

· 
3-5 years experience people management

· 
Track record of managing ontime.on budget delivery in global organizations

· 
Strong background in ITIL processes, project management

· 
Understanding of internal Roche delivery and operational processes

· 
Proficiency in English language is required, other languages are a plus

· 
Strong communication and influencing skills

· 
Ability to work across groups managing individuals both directly and indirectly to achieve a common goal
