The Position
Job Title: Talent Acquisition Intern
Duration: 5 Months
Responsibilities:
- Screen CVs: Review incoming resumes and applications assess candidate qualifications and match them with job requirements.
- Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and a seamless interview process.
- Report Generation: Assist in the creation of recruitment reports and analytics, tracking key metrics such as candidate pipeline, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness.
- Build Pipeline: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to proactively source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Send LinkedIn Emails: Craft and send personalized outreach messages to potential candidates on LinkedIn, engaging them in conversations about career opportunities at Roche.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
