What we do: TheAudit and Compliancedepartmentprovides services for the affiliates in the EMEA region. Our main areas covered are: Financial Compliance, SAP Authorization, Travel and Expense Compliance.

Your day to day responsibilities are:

As T&E Transition Project Manager you will be responsible for the end to end management of the OneT&E program transition to RSS EMEA andact as a single point of contact from the our side. You will be accountable and responsible for the quality and timeliness of the process transformation across several affiliates and the RSS EMEA, as well as all deliverables and milestones for their respective process area as outlined.

As a qualified expert, you:

·  Examine the need and initiate retrofit with the respective parties
·  Ensure keeping the standard scope of activities regarding OneT&E within the organization.
·  Perform Fit-Gap sessions with the respective parties and collect necessary data in order to prepare RSS EMEA for the transition.
·  Involve all respective parties in UAT from RSS EMEA
·  Manage internal transition based on the standard scope of activities within RSS EMEA.
·  Ensure adherence to the transformation plan and measure its impact
·  Identify services/process that are not covered by a TO BE process across area, based on the service catalogue and validate with RSS EMEA organization and Business Process Manager (BPM)
·  Ensure that transition and transformation plans are complete (e.g. action owner, due date, a category) and if required reach out to the relevant stakeholders to ensure timely finalization (being in RSS EMEA, affiliate or governance)
·  Ensure that priority has been properly set across action items to deliver benefit as early as possible and that major pain points identified on the different sides (RSS EMEA, affiliate or any other parties involved) are addressed by the action plan.
·  Provide timely and regular feedback to the Program Leads and BPMs
·  Monitor the baseline throughout the implementation of the transition plan
·  Support RSS EMEA in the OneT&E program transition including Affiliate-SSC transitions, system changes, process improvement projects, monitor and follow-up, manage project stakeholders and project team
·  Perform planning, monitoring and forecasting, issue and risk management, escalation management, variance analysis and status reporting, keep full tracking and follow up on a regular basics
·  Works with GBPM's on establishment of a “To-be” process
·  Support RSS EMEA Operations Managers on the Site Readiness
·  Escalate issues to PM, RSS EMEA Head and/or Project/Transition Directors as appropriate
·  Provides necessary support during HyperCare
·  Develop , maintain and manage comprehensive and accurate project plans and timelines, ensure that the respective Directors, Managers and Team Leaders are informed and involved in time and have a clear understanding on the project deliverables and schedule
·  Organize project management activities, cross-functional resources, equipment, information and documentation
·  Perform planning, monitoring and forecasting, issue and risk management, escalation management, variance analysis and status reporting, keep full tracking and follow up on a regular basics
·  Ensure proper change management and communication takes place and support smooth changeover by considering different types of resistance, manage the change with departmental Directors, Operational Managers and Operational Teams

·  University or College Education
·  Proficiency in English
·  3-4 years' experience in SSC environment in relevant field
·  3 years' experience in Compliance and/ or Customer Experience field
·  Analytical thinking, attention to detail
·  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as assertiveness
·  Ability to handle multiple project priorities simultaneously
·  Understanding of Travel & Entertainment related processes with the ability to learn across areas
·  Demonstrated excellence in customer relations and building partnerships at all levels within an organization
·  Strong project management skills
·  Open-minded attitude with proactive mindset
·  Open mindset and focus on identifying potential improvement areas
