Mission
You will join the Product Development, Integration and Engineering chapter, which aims to build excellence and mastery in innovative software product development capabilities. We provide all software development and integration expertise and technology leadership required across multiple business and foundational teams to leverage technology for improved patient outcomes. It provides rapid prototyping techniques, technology consulting, and advisory to solve particular software solution problems.
As the System Analyst for Roche eCAD/CAD Solutions, you are accountable for the operational delivery, governance and the quality/availability of the service. The eCAD/CAD areas include the solutions and tools used by our consumers like Siemens Xpedition suite (Mentor Graphics), Catia V5, Solidworks and their CAD to SAP integration modules
What you'll be working on
Maintenance and development of the CAD infrastructure
Installation of the CAD client/server software (license software)
Evaluation and installation of CAD user software and modules on client devices
Creation of technical documentation
Support document publication on the dedicated Intranet and maintenance of the Intranet
Track change requests and incidents in ServiceNow, perform needed corrective and preventive actions
Creation of requirements, test cases, test plan, and implementation of the test protocol
Realization and maintenance of the CAD - SAP PLM interface
Supervision and supported the PDM/PLM process SAP - CAD, material and document management including neutral format conversion
The ideal candidate
Has 3-5 years of experience in eCAD/CAD platforms and described tools and international teams with a focus on quality outcomes.
Experience administering eCAD / CAD tools
PLM experience and knowledge in MaterialMaster (Document, Config, and Change Management & BOM-Module) (i.e. SAP Ectr or SAP PLM)
SAP PDM experience and knowledge in MaterialMaster (Document, Config, and Change Management & BOM-Module)
Experience with license management (i.e FlexLM by Flexera)
Technical support for Windows 10 Clients for the supported applications
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, German is a plus
Is passionate about learning, sharing, and further developing “best practices” and embedding it as “next practice” to achieve greater impact
Lives the Agile / SCRUM methodology and mindset

Can challenge requirements in a constructive way to contribute to the goal of reducing maintenance efforts and ensuring upgradability by keeping complexity and customization to a minimum
Xpedition, Catia, Solidworks or SAP certifications are a plus
Additional Skills
Experience with Mentor Graphics, Altium or any other eCAD system
Experience with Catia, Solidworks or any other mCAD / CAM system
Experience with requirements tool, ideally HP ALM (requirements, test cases plan creation, test run to validate of the ECAD / CAD / SAP-PDM process), ideally Intland Retina knowledge
Experience in scripting languages
Experience with ticketing and change management tools (Service Now)
Experience in Mechanical or electronic engineering or development background
