Support of quotation process

We are looking for a candidate at our Warsaw Roche Diagnostics site, who is currently studying, or just finished their studies. This is a position for an intern, student, with capacity around 30-40 hours/week.

The position:

• Support of preparation of documentation for the offers our customers in the available systems with assistive tools under supervision specialist,
• Analyzing of the Tender Specification in terms of preparing the offer,
• Ongoing control, verification and updating of system data being the basis for making calculations in the tools used calculation methods in consultation with the Team,
• Creating reports, analyses, databases according to business requirements,
• Analysis and monitoring of business indicators affecting profitability of prepared calculations,
• Taking care of the highest standards of quotation process,
• Proposing solutions aimed at optimizing work at calculation projects,
• Cooperation with other departments of the company for effective preparation quotes in presales process,
• Creating and archiving documentation related to the quotation process for our customers.

Who you are:

• Currently studying at the university (preferably data analytics, administration or logistics) or you finishing your studies
• You have fluent English and Polish language knowledge
• Experience in this field is an advantage
