The Position

We are looking for a candidate at our Warsaw Roche site, who is currently studying, or just finished their studies. This is an entry level position.

Your responsibilities:

• Preparing the calculation of offers for the company's clients in the available system with assistive tools under supervision
  specialist
• Verification of the calculation in technical terms in close cooperation with responsible persons from the Sales Departments and others
  cooperating departments to provide information on profitability tender and preparation of the offer/valuation
• Participation in the preparation of tender offers
• Analysis of the Tender Specification in terms of preparing the calculation and offer pricing
• Ongoing control, verification and updating of system data being the basis for making calculations in the tools used calculation methods in consultation with the Team of Analysts,
• Creating reports, analyses, databases for the Team and/or order Head of the Department
• Analysis and monitoring of business indicators affecting profitability of prepared calculations
• Taking care of the highest standards of calculations
• Proposing solutions aimed at optimizing work at calculation projects
• Cooperation with other departments of the company for effective preparation valuations and offers
• Creating and archiving documentation related to the calculation of offers for customers

Who you are:

• Currently studying at the university (preferably data analytics, administration or logistics) or you finished your studies
• You have fluent English and Polish language knowledge
• Experience in this field is an advantage
