You will be responsible to provide data & analytic support for supply planning and cross-functional decisions. This will be a critical role in the supply chain organization to drive data based decision and optimization. The position will need support the data analysis requirement for distributor data system and helps the organization to understand the flow of the demand and actual goods.

·  Setting up master database template, collecting, process & consolidating master data for supply chain planning, and performing detailed analysis to support cross-functional decisions;
·  Supporting the organization to build a detailed understanding of how demand, capacity and inventory interplay and how these relate to business outcomes，so to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of the business plan;
·  Consolidating and standardizing data, ensuring data integrity, and developing standard reports to be used by various end users;
·  Working with functional team to develop and refine supply chain dash board, scorecards and metrics for supply chain and operations management;
·  Maintaining tracking tools and monitoring performance against defined operating metrics;
·  Performing detailed analysis, identifying and recommending improvement actions，business processes for supply chain and operations planning management;
·  Using analysis result to support business process re-engineering and continuous improvement, including: studying and maps of the existing current business processes and embed it into data template; Providing suggestion to functions with data based analysis and predictive information, so to develop a more accurate and efficient to-be business processes; Building the data simulation module and data simulation for the new process which will be presented to management and business owners.

You should hold:

·  Colleague graduated with a focus on Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management, or Industrial Engineering and/or Finance, strong statistical background preferred.;
·  Advance skill and be proficient with database and data mining tools such as SQL, SAP BO, BI etc. A proven ability to extract key information from various data sources and consolidate the extracted information into a pragmatic form is essential;
·  Being familiar with modern ERP such as SAP and/or supply chain management tools (e.g. SAP APO, etc.);Fluent English preferred.

You should have minimum 3-5 years' experience in supply chain management (inclusive of consulting service) with 3 year+ data analysis position experience.
