Your role will be ensure drugs are timely delivered to customers and ensure supply chain operations and systems run effectively.
More specifically, you will be responsible for:
You are part of a team who handles all aspects of Supply Chain mostly activities listed below:
· Act as Supply Chain Business partner and advisor to Business (Squads)
· Ensure timely supply of our drugs to the Danish & Icelandic Market and minimize write-offs
· Communication with customers and understanding of customer needs
· Management of 3PL relationship in operational matters and performance
· Key user in SAP and other systems
· Provide customer and Supply chain insights to business to drive decision making
· Comply with GDP (Good Distribution Practices) requirements
· Align with global Finance and actively contribute to the global Supply Chain network
· Lead Supply Chain and / or cross functional Projects (Lateral leadership)
· Various other supply chain tasks
You have the following qualifications:
A person who can work in an informal and challenging environment, enjoys working and contributing to a team result, enjoys agile ways of working and is excited about generating insights that will lead to success for the organization
· At least 3 years of professional experience ideally in Supply Chain (alternatively Controlling or Audit)
· Bachelor degree
· Self-Driven and Independent
· Strong interpersonal intelligence
· Strong communication skills
· Desire and ability to work in an agile organization
· Proven attention to details
· Enjoy delivering results as part of a team
Knowledge / Expertise
· Fluent in English
· Fluent in Danish
· Knowledge /experience with SAP (SD, MM and QM Modules) or affinity to ERP systems
· Excellent MS Excel skills
· GDP experience is a plus (Good Distribution Practices)
· Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry is a plus
