The Position

Job Description:
1. Responsible for sales order intake, planning of delivery schedule to ensure timely delivery & commitment to customer's requests.
2. Maintain good after-sales service and customer engagement.
3. Assisting the commercial team in achieving the monthly sales targets.
4. Assist in arranging shipments to China and Macau
5. Assist in inventory movement and monitoring process
6. To follow up and communicate with global headquarter on the shipments and deliveries status
7. Assisting the team to prepare the timely report on all aspects of Supply Chain and manipulate the SAP data for analysis
8. Assisting the team to streamline the process flow or practices to improve efficiency by learning and exploring the new technology
9. Communicate and perform logistics coordination with 3PL provider & vendors
10. Active collaboration with the stakeholders and driving the results of different initiatives and projects

Who are we looking for:
1. University graduate in Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field is preferred.
2. Minimum 2-3 years experience in Supply Chain or Sales Administration or Customer Service.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills
6. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management and documentation
7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
8. Proficient in using MS Office applications and experience in using SAP is an advantage
