Job description
The Position
Responsible for sales order intake, planning of delivery schedule to ensure timely delivery & commitment to customers' requests
Maintain good after-sales service and customer engagement
Assisting the commercial team in achieving the monthly sales targets
Assist in inventory movement Assist in arranging shipments to China and Macau
Communicate and perform logistics coordination with 3PL provider & vendors
Performing various administrative duties such as data entry, filing, maintaining customer records, and generating sales reports.
