Logistics and Supply chain management

ü Ensure sustainable product availability with required RSL (Remaining Shelf Life) to Iran ( a shared activity)

ü Confer with supply chain planners to forecast demand or create supply plans that ensure availability of products and avoid write off

ü Maintain customer order database and follow up on-time deliveries

ü Liaise with the freight forwarder on clearing all incoming shipments.

ü Point of contact for Sales team on out of stock situation in the market

ü Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as required by the business

ü Responsible for communicating Sales, Stock and Delivery plan Reports

Demand and Inventory Management

üEnsure Forecast Accuracy in consultation with Market knowledge providers (Ensure market need & potential is captured in the Forecast in collaboration with Head of Supply )

Qualifications

üDegree or equivalent in Supply Chain or Business studies.

üFluent in English communication skills

Experience and Knowledge

ü3 + years of experience in similar positions i.e. supply chain planning, logistics etc

üFluent in English, excellent MS office skills and SAP systems

üKnowledge of customs clearance regulations and MOH requirements, especially for pharmaceuticals,

üGood knowledge of the entire supply chain process especially in operations of the freight forwarder and the warehouse.
