Supply Chain Intern is responsible to assist Supply Chain Manager in support supply chain and stock control in all branches, Enter order from distributor and liaise with internal material management to ensure that stock are available for pick ups. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for:

· 
Entry and process orders from distributor; provide daily/weekly sales document; Picking list product, Delivery note

· 
Order Management for replenishment stock started creating purchase order to supplier in system and ensure onetime delivery to prevent stock out according confirmation from Supply chain Manager

· 
Administrative activity related with distributor (regular sales order, returned sales order)

· 
Support Supply Chain Manager in Maintain monthly balance (MRP) for replenishment stock

· 
Other tasks assigned by Supply Chain Manager

You are a fresh graduate / have Bachelor's degree from a reputable University majoring in Industrial Engineering, Operation, Supply Chain, Accounting, Management. Furthermore you have the following skills and qualifications:

·  Understand Supply Chain & Demand Planning basic concepts
·  Keen on accuracy, number and detail aspects
·  Possesses initiative and the ability to prioritize, multi-task and work under pressure
·  Proficient in operating MS Excel spreadsheet
·  Fluency in English and Bahasa with excellent precise communication skills
