Summer Intern - Reimbursement Landscape for Primary Tissue Staining
The Summer @ Roche Intern Program has been developed to provide students with a fun yet rewarding summer through hands-on experience and numerous opportunities to network with other interns as well as employees in the organization. Additionally, we help our students meet their career development and educational goals while potentially building a future with the Roche organization. Leveraging the education you received already, we hope to give you an opportunity to grow and develop with us!
The internship will offer the opportunity to learn about the clinical laboratory services payment and payer models in various countries. This process is done by collecting information about the current reimbursement situation and business models in the various markets around the world where we sell our products. This data will be collected by speaking with our Roche affiliate organizations as well as analyzing available market research. Once the data is collected, it can be analyzed and compared with current pricing in each of the markets to evaluate the impact of reimbursement. This analysis and comparison should help to give us insights which will shape an updated strategy for how best to market our product portfolio in various countries. This is an opportunity to play a part in shaping the strategy for the primary staining product portfolio and, therefore, increase our market access, revenue and the profitability of the organization.
