Responsibilities:
·  Supports the International Business Team in the development of marketing tools and globally organized marketing activities in support of the product.
·  Supports the implementation of the global marketing strategy
·  Supports the development of marketing tools and activities (e.g. brochures, training manuals, slide decks, internet/intranet sites and other e-media, branding guidelines, congress stand designs, satellite symposia, posters, give-aways, and stand alone meetings).
·  As necessary, point person for branding agencies and / or other vendors.
·  Supports team in Agency selection, Branding management (eg branding guidelines, promotional items and materials), Budget decisions, Event management, Clear positioning, messaging and branding guidelines.
·  Assists IBL on specific projects regading Business strategy, positioning, branding guideline, and core messages.
·  Supports identification of key business drivers, opportunities and risks and leads strategy to achieve or exceed business objectives in the short, medium and long term in light of key drivers and market development

Additionally, the elected intern will be asked to participate in various intern activities, which may include workshops with leaders in the organization, our mentor program, and our Poster Symposium among other activities.

Qualifications:
·  Bachelor degree in Business or related field
·  MBA or others Masters in Buisness preferred
·  Project management skills
·  Knowledgeable about marketing tactics

Program Requirements:
·  Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university during program calendar year 2017.
·  Completed at least 2 years of college/university to be eligible for the program.
·  Must have a ≥3.0 GPA
·  Minimum availability of 12 weeks (Required start on or before program Welcome Reception and end date on or after Summer End Poser Symposium).
·  Previous experience in the job duties listed, either through course work or industry/academia
·  Participation in student organizations and/or other leadership experience

·  Basic principles of developing a business plan, product strategy, upstream and downstream marketing and product development
