This internship in one of Roche's internal IT organizations in Kaiseraugst supporting the internal communications offers you a unique opportunity to learn more about the importance of consistent and clear communication for about 1700 IT specialists spread across the globe. During your internship, you will support our IT Communications Manager, share your passion for a message well communicated and help us translate how the work we do brings value to Roche.

Your main accountabilities will be:

·  Supporting the IT Communications Manager in driving our internal communications
·  Maintaining and further developing our WordPress intranet website
·  Creating and driving social media activities and analyzing the demographics
·  Create and drive graphic productions (e.g. videos, posters) using the Adobe Suite

What do you need in your toolbox?

·  You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master‘s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public relations or related degree area
·  You have experience in working with WordPress, Social Media and Multimedia (graphic design and movie making)
·  Good IT skills (Google Apps, Adobe)
·  Able to work independently with little guidance, have an enthusiastic and open-minded attitude
·  Able to bring your energy into flexible planning, working well under stress and ability to put your time management skills into practice
·  Fluent in English, German and/or Spanish are a plus (preferably from a multicultural experience or background)
