To support our Basel & Kaiseraugst Technical Operations (PT) HR Business Partner Team we are offering an internship with a duration of 6 months at the Roche Headquarters in Basel, Switzerland. During your internship in the PT HR Team, you will have the opportunity to interact with our HR Business Partners, understanding their day to day activities and contribute to the success of the PT organization.
As an intern in our team, you will be involved in and learning the following activities:
·Understand the Roche HR Organization and the PT Organization
·Support all implementation related activities for the HR Annual Planning 2016, incl. organization of trainings for the entire HR Population
·Support the HR Team in major Change Management activities related to the ramp down of a production site (“Make a Move”), to Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives, etc…
·Support the Team in further HR the HR Team in further administrative and organizational activities as part of their interaction with the business and other HR functions (ie. Staffing, Learning and Development…)

Furthermore you have/are:
·Bachelor or master student in a related discipline enrolled at university
·Very good organizational, multi-tasking and prioritization skills
·Teamplayer and enjoying working in a multicultural and dynamic environment
·Strong MS Office skills
·Very good written and verbal German and English language skills
·Immediate availability (preferred)
