The Health Systems Policy team within Global Health Policy is responsible for setting the strategy, objectives, plan, tactics and metrics for Health Systems Policy, which spans all Roche products across all supported disease and therapeutic areas. Our tasks include conducting the necessary research, developing the strategy and structure, educating and supporting others in establishing, developing and improving Roche Pharma's position and messaging within assigned portfolio-wide segments. We work across all Roche Pharma regions and affiliates.

In this position your task will include:

·  Learning how to develop, implement and monitor SMART policy objectives and metrics for Roche's portfolio positioning and messaging in the assigned segment
·  Learning how to establish and cultivate cross-functional relationships
·  Working collaboratively with all internal stakeholders
·  Working with expert on international health policy trends and dynamics
·  Proactively researching and understanding the drivers and barriers affecting access decisions among and across the key stakeholders
·  Working with therapeutic area International Health Policy Leaders to understand and align global health policy strategies, plans, objectives and tactics

·  Proficient in English
·  Preferably some experience from internships in a related field such as NGOs or international organizations
