You will be responsible to provide consultancy service especially Lean Six Sigma consulting to our customer. Inspiring continuous improvements.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

· 
Planning, implementation and branding of RHC projects for customers;

· 
Coordinating resources such as WF consultant, IT consultant, post-sales service team, sale, local LI team;

· 
Identifying and analysing continuous improvement opportunities for customers. Designing customized lean package base on laboratory's needs;

· 
Responsibility for post implementation review and regular re-optimization of consultancy;

· 
Being expert of Lean and Six Sigma management, and keep learning new consulting skills;

· 
Working closely with regional team in order to support business growth. KOL development and Lean model site development;

· 
Cooperating with APAC and global lab consultancy team, learn global experience to benefit our customer.

Basic Requirements of the Job:
You should hold at least Bachelor Degree in appropriate Clinical Laboratory. Lean six sigma service back ground. Green belt/Black belt certificated is preferred.
You should have:

· 
Proficiency in both spoken and written English. Good command of MS office software application ;

· 
Product & marketing expertise;

· 
At least 3 years work experience in hospital laboratory or IVD company. Familiar with the workflow of laboratory. Understand Lean Six Sigma is preferred.
