The Sr eCommerce Analyst will be primarily responsible for supporting oureCommercesolutions. Perform activities for a business support function that include analyzing, maintaining, and monitoring data in relation to complex data that will assist management in making business decisions. Provides analysis regarding strategies, policies and procedures. Assists with design, integration and programming of systems. Provides ad-hoc reporting and analysis as requested.

Specialized knowledge of specific work processes or area. Provides analytical work to assigned area. Advanced knowledge of a specific field, and applies this knowledge to look in-depth at information pertaining to the area. Manages, organizes, and analyzes data or other information. Acts as a resource in providing information to others in the implementation of solutions. Applies fundamental concepts, practices and procedures to analytical work. Requires some evaluation, originality or ingenuity.

Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the quality system and achieving quality objectives through daily actions.

The Opportunity:

·  Establish strong partnership with GHX liaison to enhanceeCommerceutilization
·  Customer education, influencing, consulting oneCommerce
·  Coordinate/facilitateeCommerceon-boarding in the systems
·  Develop and maintaineCommerceAcct Support (rules, changes, etc.)
·  Develop strategies to manage/reduce workflow
·  Maintain order intelligence rules - master data
·  Maintain cross-reference tables for acct mappings
·  Manage locks/blocks

Who you are:

·  Bachelor's Degree required.
·  At least 4 years of analytical experience
·  Demonstrated business administration and process knowledge including impact and affect on business performance
·  Comprehensive computer skills including advanced MS Excel utilization
·  Demonstrated sound judgment and decision making
·  Comprehensive experience analyzing and solving business situations
·  Strong project management skills
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·  Ability to negotiate and influence diverse groups of decision makers
·  System integration experience preferred
·  Reporting data mining and analytics experience preferred
·  Experience with SAP and EDI preferred
