The Position

1. Responsibility as project supervisor for implementation of projects

2. Update of project plan if necessary

3. Leader of the project team , pull in region resources such as service , sale and application team

4. Responsibility for post implementation review and regular re-optimization of workflow (“fine-tuning”)

5. Identification and monitoring of prospects (automation & IT)
发掘并监督项目进展(自动化系统&IT)
6. Competitive observation in the region
观察在本领域的市场竞争
7. Product and solutions presentations (introduction) to customers
向客户展示(介绍)产品及使用方法
8. Basic data gathering and site assessment for potential prospects
收集基本数据并定点评估潜在前景
9. Active support of sales team for account acquisition
积极支持销售小组获取客户
10. Primary window person between sales & customers in the region and the central functions in Shanghai
作为在本地区销售部与客户之间的主要桥梁以及上海的中枢职能
11. Tender process in region follow up
密切注意领域内的招投标流程
12. Identification, establishment and maintenance of reference accounts in the region
发掘、建立以及保持区域内涉及的客户
13. Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager
主管指派的其他任务
14. Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business,
Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection

15. Understand and fulfill the responsibility of line manager's SHE tasks and duties (as defined in SHE
handbook)
