The Position

• Support the organization for compliance with local legal regulations and with Roche SHE provisions.

• Conduct SHE audit and support improvement for distributor and supplier to ensure compliance and sustainable business.
• 完成经销商和供应商审计并帮助其改善，助力合规和公司业务可持续发展。
• Work with SHE team to coordinate with stakeholders on occupational hygiene and health, risk analysis, accident/incident reporting, safety, security of product transportation, safety of returned goods’ disposal, distributor and supplier management and energy saving.
• 与安全、健康、环境保护团队一起协调相关方在职业卫生与健康、风险分析、事故报告、安全、产品运输安全、退回过期产品的废弃安全、经销商和供应商管理、节能等方面的工作安排。

• - Responsible for SHE audit plan, implementation, report and finding follow up.
• 负责制定SHE审计计划，确保审计的执行、报告和发现项跟踪。
• - Provide SHE performance evaluation to procurement during new supplier and distributor screening and bidding.
• 在新供应商和经销商选择时提供评估其SHE合规性。
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to define the audit plan and implementation.
• 与跨部门合作制定审核计划和执行。
• - Initiate audit report, track audit findings, and provide technical advice to vendor for the implementation of measures recommended if necessary.
• 编制审核报告，跟踪审核发现问题并在必要时对供应商的建议措施落实提供技术建议或支持。
• - Support distributor and supplier to understand Roche SHE requirements and take proper actions to improve their SHE management system.
• 帮忙经销商和供应商罗氏SHE要求并采取合适的行动提高其SHE管理系统。
• - Ensure periodical audit completion on time and with high quality.
• 确保准时、高质量完成周期性审计。
• - Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager.
• 直线经理指派的其他任务。

Education/Qualifications教育程度/所获资格证书

• Bachelor degree or above majored in SHE fields or related Engineering Management fields.
• 安全、健康与环境管理专业或相关工科专业本科及以上学历。

Job Required Skills岗位所需能力

• 5+ years working experiences in MNC (preferred in Diagnostics/ Pharma industry).
• 5年及以上外企工作经验（医疗/制药行业优先）。
• 2+ year experiences in SHE audit.
• 2年及以上安全、健康及环保审计经验。
• Comprehensive professional skills in SHE related
• 全面的SHE相关的专业技能
• Good English in listening, speaking, reading and writing
• 良好的英语听说读写技能
• Good computer skill
• 良好的计算机使用技能
