The Position

Job Summary职位概述:

Initiate and implement the company policies and regulations on safety & security, health and environmental protection under line manager’s instruction.

在直线经理指导下编制和实施公司关于安全、健康和环境保护方面的各项规章制度 。

Work with SHE team to coordinate with stakeholders on occupational hygiene and health, risk analysis, accident/incident reporting, statistics safety, security of product transportation, safety of returned goods’ disposal, contractor and external supplier management and energy saving.

与安全、健康、环境保护团队一起协调相关方在职业卫生与健康、风险分析、事故报告、数据安全、产品运输安全、退回过期产品的废弃安全、外包和分包人员管理、节能等方面的工作安排。

Participate in monitoring the implementation of safety, health and environmental protection in Company and third party.

参与监督公司及第三方在安全、健康和环境保护的执行 。

Main  Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作职责 :

• Perform inspection and make records according to the SOP.
• 根据标准作业流程履行检查职责，做好记录。
• Support the company for compliance with local legal regulations and with Roche SHE provisions.
• 协助确保公司符合法规及罗氏安全、健康和环境要求。
• Make risk assessment analysis according to corporate requirement.
• 根据总部要求进行有关的风险评估分析。
• Conduct distributor and key supplier/ service provider SHE selection and re-assessment.
• 参与经销商、关键供应商/ 服务提供商的安全、健康、环保评估与再评估。
• Ensure the effective communication of SHE related information and documentation.
• 确保安全、健康和环境相关信息及文件的有效沟通。
• Conduct SHE training to enhance the staff awareness on SHE.
• 对员工进行安全、健康和环境方面的宣传教育以提升员工的意识。
• Report SHE key data according to corporate requirement.
• 根据总部要求进行安全、健康与环境保护相关的关键数据汇报。
• Be responsible for daily operations on SHE related IT system within the team.
• 负责安全、健康和环境团队内与安全、健康和环境相关的信息技术系统的日常运行。
• Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager.
• 直线经理指派的其他任务。
• Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection 
• 遵循罗氏所有合规要求，包括但不限于罗氏信息安全，罗氏商业中的行为，罗氏竞争法互动对话，罗氏安全健康环境等，合法合理开展业务活动。

Basic Requirements of the Job基本任职资格:

Education& Qualifications教育背景与专业资格:

• Bachelor degree or above majored in SHE fields or related Engineering Management fields.
• 安全、健康与环境管理专业或相关工科专业本科及以上学历。
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external business partners.
• 良好的人际关系，较强的中英文演讲以及口头/书面的沟通技巧，与内外部业务伙伴进行有效沟通的能力。
• Good command of MS office software application.
• 熟练应用微软办公软件。
• Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
• 自主工作和团队合作。

Experience工作经验:

• 3+ years working experiences in MNC (preferred in Diagnostics/ Pharma industry).
• 3年及以上外企工作经验（医疗/制药行业为佳）。
• 1+ year experiences in SHE management.
• 1年及以上安全、健康及环保管理经验。
