SAP FICO Business Support Analyst

Purpose:

•Responsible for providing level 1 and 2 SAP FICO Business support to Pharma affiliates and SSC Finance & Procurement users.

Job accountabilities:

•Handling incoming queries, incidents, change request relating to SAP FI, CO module. Monitor, coordinate and execute SAP activities, including but not limited to :

i)IDoc, batch and job monitoring inSAP

ii) Maintenanceof validation and substitution rules, background tables

•Perform root cause analysis andescalateuser support issues, enhancement requests to respective IT team and follow through the progress till closure.

•Analyzesprocesses, identify key business issues and opportunities for improvement. Provide functional analysis and manage the testing activities, including HP ALM process handling.
•Provide advisory support to local and regional superusers in SAP Finance and Procurement process changes.
•Drive development and changes in systems and process improvement initiatives, regionally and globally. This includes reviewing updated process documentation.
•Maintaining strong and positive working relationships with affiliates and key business areas to build partnerships for understanding and opportunities.
•Communicate and collaborate proactively withbusiness users, GBPM, ITand management to resolve issues.
•Ensure quality and accurate delivery of services within agreed key performance indicators (KPIs) and as defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and SOPs of the respective business sub-process.
•Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

•Prior experience in SAP related support, FICO module or project implementation.

•Very good functionalend to end Finance&Procurement process knowledge.

•Experience with integration to third party solutions such as MDGS,Ariba andConcur.

•Experience in Shared Service or Customer Service Centre in a support function is a plus.

•Proficiency in English with good communication skill, both written and verbal.

Qualification and Experience:

•Bachelor'sdegree in Accounting or Finance preferred.

•Minimum 3 years working experience in Accounting, IT orrelatedfield.

•Background/experience as a SAP support, functionalexpert or similar role is highly desirable.
