SAP BW/Analytics - IT Expert

As an SAP BW/Analytics IT Expert , you will design and implement software solutions for Business Intelligence systems based on SAP across the international organization. You will be responsible for managing and delivering applications, enhancements and support services for SAP Business Warehouse landscapes as well as maintain, promote, and sustain expert technical knowledge, communicate with partners, provide business analysis, and establish KPIs.

Experience and Skills:

· 
10 years experience in SAP BW 7.x (Data Warehousing, ETL, Analysis & Reporting in BEx/Web, Integrated Planning) for at least 6 years full-time (incl. experience with release 7.x for at least 5 years);

· 
At least 4 years experience with the development in BW 7.x on HANA and about 2-year experience on newest BW4/HANA: info provider types, data modeling options, Real-Time Reporting approach, ODP/ODQ Extraction, SDI, SDA, Data Federation and LSA++;

· 
Good understanding and minimum one completed project experience with S/4 HANA Embedded Analytics CDS development;

· 
High-level knowledge of ERP functional processes (specifically FI/CO and also MM, SD, SCM, PP, etc.);

· 
SAP BW on HANA related ABAP and SQL programming skills (user-exists, routines);

· 
At least 1-year project proven experience in SAP Analytics Cloud working with Life and Acquired Data connections;

· 
Proven track record of IT projects where working in a key technology role (i.e. subject matter expert, solution architect, tech lead);

· 
Analytical and process thinking skills, ability to provide Business Analysis, properly estimate tasks and propose solution architecture, shows passion for innovation, strong communication, collaboration, coaching and interpersonal skills, teaches and enables other team members;

· 
Helps the organization to define, maintain and improve IT processes and standards, constantly develops and expands own expertise by acquiring new technical and business knowledge and following emerging IT trends and market solutions;

· 
Advanced level of spoken and written English is a must as well as the will to work in the multicultural, international virtual project team;

Nice to have:

·  Knowledge of Tableau, SAP BO, SAP BO Analysis for MS Office, HTML5;
·  Hands-on experience in working with SAP Cloud Platform
·  Knowledge of SAP CO-PA, Logistics modules and APO;
·  Experience in migrating from BW7.5 to BW4 HANA;
·  Experience in working with the newest SAP Predictive Algorithms and Integrators like APL, PAL, PAI;
·  Experience in custom Fiori Apps creation for Analytics
Knowledge of the SAP-Basis environment and SAP-Enterprise Portal;
·  Experience in using the newest SAP Advanced Analytics solutions like Data Intelligence, Data Hub, Leonardo ML/ IoT;
·  Knowledge in the newest Cloud Analytics solutions (AWS, Google, MS Azure);
·  Knowledge about Mulesoft API Management Platform
