According to Roche's business and Human Resource's strategies, performing comprehensive analysis of entire department's (Sales, CVM, POC, LI, and Marketing) product knowledge and skills gaps. Designing and developing an effective and consistent training system and content. Improving the training system and committing to sustainable development. Designing and developing training programs based on the business and individual's needs. Evaluating training program and ensuring accuracy, clarity and appropriateness. Building and maintaining a tracking and management structure to manage program, employees and organization.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities :

·  Developing and implementing annual training plan of entire department to facilitate meeting organizational goals and individual professional needs.
·  Collecting, evaluating, and identifying training requirements of entire department with CPS managers, HR and external resources to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
·  Developing and conducting technical, product, and function-specific training courses customized to the Sales, CVM, POC, LI, and Marketing training needs.
·  Designing and implementing new CPS staff orientation.
·  Assisting Area Managers to establish local distributor product training system, information communicating & reporting system and effective marketing activities according to management requirement.
·  Developing testing and evaluation procedures to monitor training effectiveness.
·  Evaluating and performing routine follow up of training effectiveness, report the feedbacks to the management level.
·  Developing and organizing training manuals, PowerPoint, and other educational materials. Creating and managing training budget to maximum return on investment.

Basic Requirements of the Job:
You should hold Bachelor Degree in Clinical Laboratory or Medical major.
You should have:

·  Ability in conference organization and speech. Good command of MS office software application. Product & marketing expertise;
·  At least 8 years similar experience in the relevant function;
·  Experience as Sales Force Effectiveness, System management, reporting development and Experience in project definition and analysis identifying business needs and requirements;
·  Experience in developing plans and measures, liaising with and engaging cross function and exposure in technical project management is preferable. Previous Strategy & Planning experience in Agency is desirable.
