We have a new career opportunity available within the Diabetes Care Division of Roche Romania: Sales Representative , based in Bucharest and reporting to the Sales Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible to promote and sell the complete Roche Diabetes Care product & services portfolio within the allocated territory (Bucharest and Teleorman).

What else will you be doing?

·  Prepare and implement the action plan for all territory related clients, with the purpose to achieve the sales objectives; promote and takes the necessary actions in order to ensure qualitative and quantitative services.
·  Grow the existing customer portfolio by identifying and developing the market opportunities in the allocated area.
·  Coordinate and supervise the delivery process for customer's orders through a consistent and continuous collaboration with internal departments.
·  Develop good relationships with key opinion leaders from the market and acts as a trustful business partner.
·  Support the marketing, branding and awareness of Roche Diabetes Care products and services; foster a positive image of the company at the customers.

Your profile

In addition, to be successful in this role, you will have:

·  University degree.
·  At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, in the pharmaceutical industry; previous work experience with diabetologists & pharmacies is required.
·  Strong influencing and negotiation skills, commercial abilities.
·  Oriented toward achieving results, while proving teamwork abilities.
·  Good knowledge regarding business environment, MS Office, CRM and business English.
·  Driving license B mandatory and availability to travel in the allocated region.
