Job description

The Position

Job purposes/Job summary  

Manage Account and Ensure Sales Achievement in Assigned Territory & Product lines

Assist District Sales Manager in relieving their duties whenever necessary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Manage existing Accounts actively to ensure long-term partnership and customer satisfaction pro-actively

  • Develops new accounts with proper and close follow-up of sales opportunity

  • Develops and maintains good customer relationships with important and relevant personnel

  • Pro-active and creative problem solving in managing customers’ complaint by proper investigation and close follow-up in resolving issues (eg: product deliveries/application troubleshooting)

  • Project Manager Role for projects planning and implementation (eg: on-site upgrading of analyzers)

  • Co-ordinates with Distribution partner /Third Party to better serve customers

  • Work closely with Professional Service team to deliver the post-sales service for the maximum customers’ satisfaction.

Education and Qualification:  

  • Bachelor in Health/Science

  • Multi-national companies in a Pharmaceutical industry with sales experience at least 3 years is preferred

  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Effective Communication Skill 

  • Good interpersonal Skill

  • Creative Problem Solving and Negotiation Skill

  • Customer Complaint Handling Skill
