Summary

The Sales and Application Specialist role requires strong product knowledge and involves input from other internal functions and therefor requires high attention to detail, communication, teamwork and associated leadership skills, the job is to both to maintain & develop the business in specified customers, to ensure that the customers receive the products and services committed by Roche.

Your responsibilities

·  Extending our portfolio with Roche customers: identify new possible opportunities within existing business environment in order to further grow business
·  Application support: for Roche customers and potential customers
·  Sales support: support of sales processes by customer visits, presentations and demonstrations
·  Create and follow up on financial proposals
·  Ensure the achievement of set annual sales targets and increase revenue and market share
·  Monitor market and customer movements in order to react effectively and proactively to any changes
·  Respond to customer complaints and requirements, including product updates and training to ensure customers are updated on products and latest developments
·  Ensure ongoing liaison, contact, interaction and communication with customers and specifically key responsible contacts in order to provide customer service excellence
·  Installation planning and implementation. Coordination of the account

Who you are

· 
You hold a university degree in Life Sciences, Laboratory, Biochemical or equivalent is required

· 
You have at least 3 years of practical application experience in IVD or medical device industry

· 
You are fluent in English and Arabic language, both spoken and written.

· 
You have a Sales experience

· 
You have Customer focus, interpersonal interaction and people skills

· 
You are Self-starter with high level of motivation and innovation

· 
You have ability to work in teams and independently

· 
You have Strong Selling, planning, organizing and decision making skills

· 
You have In-depth knowledge of Roche product and services range; Processes and practices

· 
You have trouble shooting, problem solving, Forecasting and planningskills
