The Position
Job Summary:
Responsible for implementing sales and customer support.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities :
Know customer and develop the target market. Follow up responsible customers in one’s own accounts and optimize the use of expenses budget.
Manage suitable distributor network, assist and monitor performance of distributors to ensure yearly target is achieved.
Support distributors to have a better coverage of end users.
Develop and maintain customers, increase in-market sales
Observe competitors closely and cooperate with tendering team and follow up the process in the area
Market data collection and provide insights to area manager in a regular basis
Ensure overall customer satisfaction and responsible for VIP account management in respective Emerging market
Leading sales effort with the coordination with customer care team and other support teams
Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection
Understand and fulfill the responsibility of line manager's SHE tasks and duties (as defined in SHE handbook)
Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager
