As the Safety, Security, Health and Environmental Manager (SHE Manager) for the Roche SSC Site you will be responsible for ensuring or advising on all SHE related topics in line with the Group SHE requirements, with the applicable law, assisting the General Manager in all related SHE topics, implementing and supervising the Site Security in accordance with Roche SHE Guidelines and ensuring that Business Continuity Plan is in place and continuously updated with strong cooperation with the Leadership Team.

Your main responsibilities will be:

·  Liaising with management and employees on all matters of SHE on an ongoing basis Roche Services (Europe) Ltd. Pharmaceuticals Division, FMVS, SSC Budapest, liaising and Coordinating between the Main Corporate Office and Internal Departments in related SHE matters.
·  Assisting the General Manager with the relevant statutory provisions, accompanying relevant routine inspections and co-operate with the General Manager on all SHE matters.
·  Representing employees' view and concerns in relation to SHE matters, training employees on all SHE related topics and requirements
·  Establishing and maintaining the Roche internal Local Emergency Management (LEM) system
·  Supervising and coordinating the Data Privacy Coordinator's role & responsibilities and ensure that all Group Level privacy agreements are fully adhered to.

·  You are Fluent in English
·  You have 1-2 years of experience in SHE and Compliance field, reporting and/or data protection.
·  You have 2-3 years of experience in process implementation
·  You have 2-3 years of experience in global project support
·  You have experience in high level stakeholder management - Group SHE, Group Legal
·  You are able to coordinate all security relevant issues of the company/site, and security measures at local level

·
