The Position
Purpose of the role:
The position has been created to support Roche Diagnostics Romania in terms of back-office / operational activities, while providing the opportunity for you to become familiar with different activities within the organization and for further learning. This is a hybrid role between office support (admin, planning and reporting activities) and field work (customer interventions and Application maintenance activities of diagnostics instruments etc.)
Key Responsibilities
- Assists colleagues in the Service & Customer Support department with the Application maintenance events and troubleshoot activities of equipment in the portfolio
- Assist colleagues in the commercial department with the processing of document requests from customers.
- Participates in customer visits to promote Roche products and services.
- Assist colleagues in within the finance department in processing orders received from Roche Diagnostics customers, processing documentation required in tenders, etc.
- Updates and enhances quality of the database of install instruments, works in specific applications such SAP or Salesforce for case dispatch.
- Is involved in parts inventory activity.
- Drafts and prepares specific documents requested by the Service or Commercial department or by the customer.
- Creates quotation and contracts based on standard operating procedures, monitors quotations and contracts from the signing to archiving them.
- Provides Finance and Logistics department the necessary documentation to issue invoices to customers.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or recently finished Biology/Biochemistry Faculties
- You are a goal oriented person who takes ownership of tasks
- Establishes strong collaborative relationships and works well within a team
- You are not only a good communicator but also a listener
- Good knowledge of English and Romanian, both written and spoken
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google suite
