Responsibilities:

As a Risk and Audit Management Analyst you will be responsible for:

·  supporting operational management of Global Supplier Risk Management Program
·  responsible for pulling 3rd party credit reports and creating “FHAT reports” (Financial Health Assessment Tool reports)
·  maintaining documentation in Vendor Financial Risk database and managing the frequency and life cycle of risk analyses
·  maintaining Business Critical Supplier Database in close collaboration with Sustainability & Risk Team
·  supporting the coordination of Supplier Sustainability Assurance Visits (SSAV) e.g. scheduling, preparing and executing sustainability audits, including follow-up and closure of actions from audits and subsequent report filing.

Qualifications & requirements:

·  university degree in Finance/Business Administration or equivalent
·  proven experience of working in international organizations across functions and cultures
·  solid understanding of company financial audit processes
·  solid understanding of financial statements and supplier risk management and audit processes
·  solid expertise in database management
·  fluent English language written & spoken
·  strong ability to establish oneself as a true business partner for internal clients
·  able to handle responsibilities assigned independently
·  able to handle challenging processes internally and externally
·  strong communication skills towards internal stakeholders and external suppliers and service providers
·  drive to have a significant positive impact / add value
·  high degree of business ethics and personal reliability
