As a Recruiting Consultant You will be responsible for all Talent Attraction, Sourcing & Hiring, and workforce planning activities for Roche Diabetes Care, Inc. You will partner with various levels of management and HR Business Partners to develop and lead cost effective hiring strategies that ensure the proactive identification of high quality, diverse candidates. This role in instrumental in shaping a comprehensive and sustainable Talent Acquisition strategy for Roche Diabetes Care, Inc. You will gather customer satisfaction input and key performance indicator data to measure progress. Your responsibilities will include project leadership in a variety of initiatives that include HR processes and/or HR systems. Your primary focus will be partnering with the business to succesfully plan and excute strategy, source, recruit and hire desired candidates.

You should possess a specialized and in-depth comprehensive knowledge and experience in recruiting. Your duties will be varied and complex oftern involving research, analysis and solution development. You will provide direction on staffing challenges, supporting diversity & inclusion, and assist department leadership in setting strategic direction.The Recruiting Consultant position will require the regular use of originality and ingenuity.

You will also be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the quality system and achieving quality objectives through daily actions.

1.Partners with human resource business partners, and global colleagues to develop effective hiring strategies and tactics for the business.

2.Generate diverse candidate slates by researching and contact community services, universities, employment agencies, recruiters, social networks, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities and benefits; making presentations; maintain rapport

3.Conducts interviews, counsels employees, maintains records, conducts research, analyzes data and recommends appropiate action to address and resolve staffing issues on assigned projects.

4.Recommends implementation of human resource policies and procedures and their dissemination through various communication channels.

5.Actively monitor and utilize social media to increase Roche Diabetes Care talent pool and enhance overall visibility.

·Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Human Resources or related field

·3+ years human resources or related business experience

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·Demonstrated excellence in customer relations and building partnerships at all levels within the organization

·Strong analytical skills and problem solving capability

·Demonstrated ability in prioritizing multiple projects and activities

·Knowledge of related HR federal/state/local laws and regulations

Preference:

·PHR or SHRM – CP certification

·Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting process workflows (Taleo and/or Workday)

·3+ years full-cycle recruitment and strategic sourcing experience in a large, complex organization with multiple stakeholders

·Strong interpersonal skills

·Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change

·Interview experience in many different functional areas (i.e. Sales, Marketing, Finance, Call center, etc.)

·Knowledge and experience successfully implementing workforce strategies and understanding workforce plans

·Ability to effectively manage the offer process including providing salary recommendations, handling offer negotiations, and closing the deal
