Recruiter in Pharma Research & Early Development (pRED)
Within our Talent Acquisition Department, we offer an excellent opportunity to be part of a team that supports our Roche Pharma Research & Early Development (pRED) departments.
We are responsible for the entire hiring process. Suitable strategies for finding
candidates and advertising jobs are as much a part of this work as the selection of
candidates, interviews and feedback in collaboration with line managers. You provide appropriate talents to fill open vacancies of the client organization. Like this, you contribute to the success of Roche Talent Acquisition in Basel and Switzerland.
Your responsibilities include:
· Search, select and hire new employees to meet current and future business needs as well as understanding the businesses and needs of Pharma Development and managing key business strategies related to the recruitment requirements
· Identification of preferred recruitment strategies and handle of candidate workflow, be in compliance with our e-recruitment system Taleo and use of a variety of sourcing and selection tools
· Support in the identification of process improvement opportunities in the areas of candidate sourcing, selection and hiring and lead correspondent projects
· Build credibility and trust as an internal consultant on recruitment topics, coach (senior) line management on best practices in recruitment, selection and assessment and partner up with stakeholders within HR
· Demonstrate compliance with local employment laws/ regulations & company's hiring policy
As successful R&D Recruiter you have a University degree in life sciences, psychology or business and a successful track record in recruiting within the pharmaceutical industry preferentially in drug development.
You possess the following skills and experiences:
· Familiarity with recruitment processes and tools and used to recruiting in a global, challenging environment
· Strong self-starter with good team, social and problem-solving skills and a pronounced service orientation
· Excellent communication skills are key
· Fluent English language skills: oral & writing; German & French language skills are an Advantage
