The Position

Partnering with Real World Data Analysts and Scientists, you'll work across clinical, regulatory and medical operations to generate evidence across program lifecycles. With operational responsibilities for the RWD components of studies, you will act as the lead representative for RWD on cross-functional study management teams, providing input and ideas for clinical development plans. Developing the protocols and analysis plans, you'll collaborate with internal and external partners on the design of studies and deliver of study reports, publications and presentations.

Contributing to regulatory submissions, you will be involved in Health Technology Assessments in collaboration with global and local cross-functional teams, participating in related meetings and sharing knowledge and best practices. Maintaining a knowledge of RWD science methods and their applications, you'll be able to communicate clearly the methodologies, strengths and limitations of RWD.

Our UK Pharmaceutical head office is situated in Welwyn garden City, Hertfordshire, with beautiful country side surrounding the area. Supported by major motorways & airports as well as being a 30 minute train ride to London, access is easy. With over 1400 people occupying our site in Welwyn, you can expect opportunities in Early Development (pRED), Product Development (PD), Commercial (Rx) and of course our corporate function.

With a higher degree in epidemiology, biostatistics or a similar equivalent, you'll bring an excellent knowledge of real world data and beyond. With strategic ability, you're able to use critical thinking and analysis to drive drug development and patient access plans, extending your reach and influence beyond RWD expertise. Driven to achieve goals with excellent communication and collaboration skills, you'll be a valued contributor and influencer who earns trust across the organisation and builds effective working partnerships.
