Roche Diagnostics EMEA-LATAM organization has decided to install a Regional Customer Support Center in EMEA for the majority of Roche Diagnostics (RDI)products under the name of EMEA Regional Customer Support Center (RCSC). The RCSCs are located in 7 hubs along Europe region and provide to RDI and their designated countries organizations with certain service functions for the territories mainly in applications & hardware related first level support for customers and field force. RCSC Italy is located in Monza and also provides support to internal customer Healthcare solutions business line.

For RCSC Monza (Italy) we are looking for a Junior Trainee as an internship (temporary stage duration from six up to twelve months) for the following dedicated specific project's aims:

Analyze the RCSC support process with focus on data analysis and KPI

· 
Knowledge of Roche portfolio in SWA and mapping support model

· 
Found redundant or repetitive tasks and optimize them in a standard way to impact positively in the customer satisfaction

Your Profile:

· 
You are a student or graduate in Biomedical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology or related fields

· 
You speak fluently English capacity in Italian is an advantage

· 
You have good analytical skills and attention to details along with advanced capabilities in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

· 
Team-oriented and motivated - you enjoy collaborating in a rich multicultural environment and possess a great attitude to acquire new knowledge in a fast-paced setting.

· 
Preferably you have gained experience of working in a laboratory as an intern or assistant.
