The PV Licensing Systems and Projects Associate will act as the lead for PVL systems development, implementation, training and documentation. and.

In addition, the person will manage and track (as appropriate) communications to business partners, affiliates and other relevant stakeholders (following process improvements, remediation activities with business partners, etc.)

Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities

·  Lead the development, rollout, documentation and communication of PVL system changes, system standards and processes
·  Develop and maintain training material in close collaboration with respective functions and ensure proper implementation of training
·  Coordinate and lead PVL system enhancement projects in close collaboration with Informatics, PV Information and Systems (PVIS) support and the PVL team
·  Maintain PV contracts database and perform quality checks as per Quality Management System (QMS)
·  Coordinate access to systems following user account request process
·  Provide system support to team members, general users and affiliates to PVL systems and tools
·  Act as first point-of-contact for all system/tool related questions
·  Support coordination and participate in process improvement projects and quality management related activities such as quality control of PVL related processes
·  Coordinate signature process of PVAs and implementation process

We are looking for a professional with Commercial Degree or Bachelor Degree. With experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry with knowledge of quality and GVP process.

Experience, Skills, Knowledge:

·  Competent with IT and previous experience in systems and analysis, being able to understand and anticipate key business issues questions and collaborate with IT to develop and maintain appropriate systems that consistently meet safety or PV regulatory requirement.
·  Administrative or systems administration experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry and strong project management skills and able to work independently
·  Experience with communication platforms
·  Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

·  Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
·  Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills with an international or cross-functional perspective, able to represent Roche effectively both internally and externally
·  Fluent written and verbal English (proficiency in additional languages is a plus)
