·  Establish a strong line of communication with related function to ensure projects are completed as efficiently as possible.
·  Document and update all project related materials and flows.
·  Regularly track and report project status with management team.
·  Drive and ensure the quality of projects, achieve the completion goal of all projects.
·  Analyze existing service process, propose the project of optimization and implement successfully.
·  Ensure related process is ready to support new business/process of CC.
·  Work with peer to leverage best practices.
·  Other tasks or projects assigned by line manager.
·  Conduct business in full compliance to Behavior in Business and Behavior in Competition.
