Project Business Administrator

What your key responsibilities will be:

·  Understand the business requirements, review and translate business requirements into functional configuration
·  Perform daily and periodic monthly technical activities to ensure system readiness for month end closing
·  Act as a first line of support for business users
·  Supports Go-Live from a central roll-out perspective, and monitors hypercare period
·  Regular analysis, monitoring and review of the individual steps, dependencies, automation, standardization, optimization and financial compliance of the applications and its organizational impact with project team
·  Supports the governance design and support model definition and leverages jointly with the GBPMs


·  University or Colleague degree in Finance or Information Technology fields
·  Strong analytical and problem solving skills
·  Accuracy and attention to detail with proficiency in data entry
·  Excellent customer service skills
·  Fluency in English
·  The position may involve a fair amount of travel (up to 20%)
